This program nurtures students into becoming the environmental stewards of the future – eARTh Keepers – destined to inherit our Earth and love it back to health.
We’re focusing on turning students into exemplary community helpers; they’ll be guided into being kind to themselves and others (including elders, children with difficulties and animals). For the most part, it’s the kids who’ll lead the learning! They’ll explore their sensory surroundings while being inspired through the riveting storytelling of our instructor. They’ll be engaged creatively throughout the making of their own little toys, tools and science kits—as they’ll discover that creating their own things is a lot more fulfilling than buying them! Once students get to the section about plant life and nature, they’ll be watering their own Manifesto13 garden—all while making new friends along the way!
We will be using eco-friendly, organic, and recycled/recyclable materials.
Students will participate in community-based field trips and activities; they’ll get a chance to spend time outdoors in Kuwait’s local parks and nature.
Note that field trips will be organized with the permission of parents, and based on conditions being met (weather, space, time, safety.)
